Terms of use

Pre-launch draft. The operator identity, processor arrangements and purchase terms must be finalized before public launch. AI processing is disabled by default.

Using EraseSnap

EraseSnap provides an online photo cleanup editor. AI processing is available only when the service is enabled and capacity is available. You choose the areas to edit. A limited trial is subject to browser, network and daily service limits. Availability, processing time and output quality are not guaranteed.

Your images and permissions

Only upload images you own or are permitted to edit and submit to our processors. You retain your rights in your original images. Processing requires permission to transmit and transform the selected image for your requested edit. Do not use the service to invade privacy, harass people, create unlawful material, impersonate someone or falsify evidence.

AI limitations

Generated pixels are a reconstruction, not a record of the hidden scene. Check results before using or sharing them. Faces, text, overlapping people, shadows and repeating patterns can be distorted. Preserve the original photo when accuracy matters.

Access and retention

Results are accessible through the browser cookie used when the edit was created. Losing or clearing that cookie may remove your access. Downloads expire after 24 hours. See the privacy policy for scheduled deletion and processor disclosures.

Purchases

Photo cleanup purchases are not open in this release. No subscription is required for the trial. Any future purchase must show its price, credit entitlement, expiry and refund terms before checkout. The presence of Stripe integration code does not mean a cleanup plan is available for purchase.

Questions and reports

Use Contact for support or to report misuse. Operator identity, jurisdiction and applicable statutory consumer rights must be finalized before these draft terms are used for a public service.
