Refund policy

Pre-launch draft. The operator identity, processor arrangements and purchase terms must be finalized before public launch. AI processing is disabled by default.

Current release

The photo cleanup trial does not charge money or deduct EraseSnap account credits. Cleanup purchases are not open yet. There is no paid cleanup order to refund in this release.

Existing payment questions

If you have a payment question, use the contact form with your order or Stripe session ID and purchase email. Do not send card numbers or security codes. Support must review the actual order and applicable purchase terms; this draft does not promise a refund or restrict statutory rights.

Before paid cleanup launches

Each offer must clearly describe its price, credit entitlement and expiry. The operator must publish terms for duplicate charges, failed processing, unused credits, disputes and refund requests before enabling the purchase interface. Do not assume a universal ?no refunds? rule applies to digital products.
